A few months back, I decided to re-do my studio. I think what I meant was individual areas in my house :) This seems to be what my days are filled with. Take for instance below...
Which is now continuing on to this...
This is what Austyn was affectionately referring to as the "Gypsy Portal." The design will continue on to the edge of the wall as well as to the wall/ceiling joint. I wanted a sort of middle-eastern feel. I'll show you more when I'm closing in :)
And of course, I saw these and was curious to try them out. Enchanted Mama's spot on the web is indeed worth taking a peek ♥
Because I fear small needles, I altered this idea. See below.
Pattern:
CO 70 ST using size 7 needles
Work in stickinette stitch x 3 inches
Begining with a right-side row, C/Off 5 ST
Next row, C/Off 5 ST. K 2tog for remaining stitches on row
Now begin K1P1 ribbing X3 inches. C/Off all stitches.
The buttons can be found here.
Well dears - duty calls. Yet, I can say with fair certainty, these are pleasurable burdens.
Happy Tuesday,
Tajita
